I feel like I am back on track. Been swimming again and it feels good. Can't wait to start walking again when the weather cools down a bit. Pants are fitting again and that feels great!!! Wore a blouse to work yesterday that I haven't been able to wear in quite some time! Trying to stay motivated and on track!
