1318 kcal Fat: 38.45g | Prot: 60.28g | Carb: 186.54g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), water, maple syrup, organic blueberries, splenda, sugar free coffee creamer, organic egg whites, waffle. Lunch: Pepperoncini, water, red tomatoes, organic romaine leuttuce, iced herbal tea, mild & creamy dijion mustard grey poupon, red onion, ham off the bone, heinz mayonnaise, sara lee english sourdough muffin. Dinner: BBQ baby back ribs, red bell pepper, buttermilk dressing, Unsweetened Iced Tea, lemon, organic mixed baby greens salad, green onions, mushrooms. Snacks/Other: organic raspberries, organic granola, water, dannon nonfat greek black cherry yogurt. more...
