1318 kcal Fat: 38.45g | Prot: 60.28g | Carb: 186.54g.   Breakfast: waffle, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), water, maple syrup, organic egg whites, organic blueberries, sugar free coffee creamer, splenda. Lunch: organic romaine leuttuce, red onion, mild & creamy dijion mustard grey poupon, sara lee english sourdough muffin, heinz mayonnaise, ham off the bone, red tomatoes, Pepperoncini, water, iced herbal tea. Dinner: mushrooms, green onions, lemon, BBQ baby back ribs, organic mixed baby greens salad, buttermilk dressing, red bell pepper, Unsweetened Iced Tea. Snacks/Other: dannon nonfat greek black cherry yogurt, organic granola, organic raspberries, water. more...
