I feel pretty crappy today, I was planning on fasting but I had 2 Danon yogurts 45 calories each. Even though it was only 90 calories I still feel like I failed. Yesterday was even worse I binged on about 1900 calories worth of crap. I really need to loose weight since we are going to miami towards the end of the month. I feel like I'm loosing control, like I'm gonna be fat forever and never be skinny. I can't deal with the ups and downs anymore, starting tommorrow, March: 1st... I am going to only eat 100 calories a day, I've done it before but I always failed. I need to step up my game and do somthing. I'll try to go to planet fitness as much as I can too. I need to make changes. I can't live like this anymore. Hopefully I won't be a failure, and thinspiration will help me through the ups and downs that I am probalay going to face this month of March... Alright starting tomorrow: 31 days, 100 cal. a day. If anyone wants to be my diet buddy please message me or somthing. It's kind of hard though since I'm new to this website.

Hi. One can overcome the "crap" feeling. I´m for one are taking my meals at same time every day, carry a bottle of water with you. My idea is that you pee a lot of the weight off. ;) My meals are 0,1 % Yoghurt 7-9 and at noon i´m doing some frozen veg, on a frying pan with all good spices. Ok, doesn't sound yummy, but it´s the metode i´m controlling the amount. Please, dont pain your self, get some in the body that feel of something, and you can get easey out again. The trick is to cheat the hunger feeling.

100 calories a day is a recipe to completely wreck your metabolism and catabolize your lean body mass. For long term weight loss it's a terrible idea. If you want to utilize fat as fuel, a ketogenic diet, while still hell on your kidneys and liver, is a much healthier route.
