Ok even though my pound are up my measurement are down some. mid- thigh is 20 3/4 down from 21, hips are 39 1/2 down from 40, waist 31 1/2 down from 33, chest 36 1/2 down from 38 1/2, and under arm 12 1/4 down from 12 3/4. Maybe the pounds will start dropping again I want to weight in at 174 or 173 by next wednesday. wish me luck.
