My goal intake is 1600 to 1700 calories.

One hour of aquafit is 600 calories.

Therefore if I eat back my exercise calories I can have 2200 calories!

Yay!

Sounds like a great plan! I just started aquafit and it is a good workout! If the scale doesn't move the first week, just adjust, but looks great.
