Yesterday I finally got my calories back to normal. Don't know why that has been so hard. Am counting today as day 5 (off craziness). In order to preserve my sanity, I am making two minor changes:
My weigh-in days will now be Tuesdays and Thursdays. This will give me a chance to recover from DH coming home on Thursdays and any weekend naughtiness.
I have also decided to add a countdown after every weigh in (at bottom) to help me stay focused. Other than that, I am on the same old plan.
