I am please how focus I been lately with my eating habits and workout. Lately I have no energy to workout but I still force my sel to do at least 30 min. My cough been causing me to lose sleep and takes all my energy from me. I am hoping to go back with my one hour workout soon but at this point I am happy with my accomplishment. I weight 166 LBS and I think it will be 165 lBS by the end of this week I am half way there and hopefully my tummy tuck will happen in September!!!
