I have been at 80 for four days now...quite frustrating especially since family are coming over this weekend therefore loads of food... anddd im constipated! I better get the latter sorted and watch myself.Hopefully tomorrow ill be down and few grams. My one month after lap band is finally over!:) feel like getting back to real food is stalling me, I dont know why because I still monitor my food...oh well, monday work outs begin!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
