Last night, after work, I slept for about 3 hours, woke up, ate dinner, Drew took me for ice cream (which is something we mistakenly do ALL the time, rather than on occassion), layed in bed and watched The Office and then went to sleep. I had troubles PULLING MY SELF OUT OF BED! I was SOOO tired. Probably because I am not treating my body like the temple that it is. I did much better with my calories yesterday than I did Monday. I guess I'm a sucker for my home made garlic bread because I ate like 7 pieces. Yup, I felt guilty. We shall see what today does for me. I didn't go home last night, so I didn't bring a lunch in today. UGH!

Maybe I will get new tennis shoes tonight so I can get back into going to the gym. MAYBE. If it's storming, I will go straight home. I HATE shopping when it's storming.
