Well, today is the last day of February... this year is just FLYING BY!

I have revisited Diane Petrella's Living Lightly course... it's free, and quite enlightening! [dianepetrella.com]

Today I'm taking as a day of rest from walking as I woke up with a horrendous migraine!

I think Thursdays are going to be my 'off' days from here on...
