Bin noch immer nicht genau dahinter gekommen wieso mein Gewicht oftmals so stark springt. Vielleicht kann mir wer helfen?

Hi doSub! Ich rate mal das du weiblich bist? Gewichts schwaenkungen sind normal fuer Frauen und offen Wassereinlagerung von Hormonal fluktuationen. Das wichtigste ist das dein Gewicht einen Abwaertstrend hat. 'schuldigung fuer mein schreckliches Deutsch!Ich hoffe das ich mich klar gemacht habe!..

Hahaha!! Ooops!!Es ist aber immer noch normal, aber der Abwaertsrend ist das wichtigste! :)
