Today has been a crazy busy day!! I did not eat as well as I should have, but considering the food I have been around I did pretty well (pat self on back).
I logged as much as I could, but I'm tired and don't really feel like trying to disect my dinner so this is as close as I'm going to get to logging it tonight. We ate at Los Torascos and I had the Torascos Nachos minus the chips. It was on a abed of lettuce with shrimp, chicken and steak. Plenty of red/green peppers, onion cheese, jalapenos, sour cream and avacado's. It was a huge portion and I took out some of the veggies because I know there was much more than 15 carbs there. I ate about 2/3 of it and it was delish.

Maybe tomorrow I will go back and log it into my food calendar.
