I'm in a better place emotionally today. The stress eating is behind me for today. I'm back to taking action physically and emotionally. Sometimes I love being a grown up. The power of choice is amazing when you put you mind, body and spirit above all the external chaos.

You are doing a great job! I need to be reminded occasionally, but I find that journaling here really helps me with my stress management and helps keep from stress eating.
