Ok...Serious Now! I'm joining a challenge in hopes that it helps keep me accountable to exercise at least 5 times a week. Anybody out there who is fat, lazy, and tired want to "buddy" me, please do so we can get UNfat, UNlazy, and UNtired together! Good luck!
167.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
