It's a new day with new understanding of the program. No Atkins bars!

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 February 2013:
1185 kcal Fat: 90.51g | Prot: 72.55g | Carb: 20.91g.   Breakfast: bacon uncured applewood , olive oil, butter, Zucchini, American cheese, Boiled Egg. Lunch: bacon uncures applewood, chicken, olive oil extra virgin, monterey jack cheese, spinach, Avocado, Cherry tomato. Dinner: Asparagus, Salmon. Snacks/Other: Decaf Coffee, Sweet n low,  cream organic. more...

You only need to be concern about the net carbs, which subtracts the fiber and sugar alcohols. The atkins bar you ate had only 3 NC. I eat one on occasion, love the brownie, but I don't buy them often because I will eat 2 at a time!!!

I can't eat the bars, myself, as many others have stated also. Even just one a week stalls my weight loss like crazy! :/
