Wow so I knew you can use black beans in things like brownies. So I tried a serving in my shake this morning....yum!

Good thinking! I love black beans, but haven't tried the brownies or thought about them in a shake. I'll have to try to brownies and maybe the shake too.

It gave it the consistency of a milk shake and you could not really taste them.

I am thinking of doing a savory shake tomorrow, the one this morning had chocolate and vanilla and fruit.

Did you presoak the beans beforehand or just blend away?

I used canned not dry so just blended I think if you are using dry you would need to soak over night.
