Keeping food journal now because of the problems with my stomach. Lots of acid reflux and although right now there is no discernable damage (had all kinds of tests), I am definately paying more attention to what I stuff down there. I have decided pain is a great inducer to help with sticking with a diet.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
