Starting a new diet today... Bob Harper's "The Skinny Rules" is the book we (husband and I) are following. We had our first breakfast on the plan and it was actually very good! We had an egg white omelet, 1 piece of 100% whole wheat/whole grain toast, and 4 strawberries. I feel full and excited to have my whole week planned out for each breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hopefully this excitement lends to some weight loss! ;)
212.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just finished the book and hope to grocery shopping tomorrow and start Monday. How is it going for you? I am confused about what happens AFTER the four weeks. :) The only thing I don't like is this is very similar to the 6-week body makeover diet and I was SO sick on it, headaches and leg pains. My husband was very ill as well. How is that for you on this diet?
