So far have got good results from following the routine. However, the routine was getting monotonous and thats why weigh in today to make myself feel motivated that you are getting results. :-) and yes I am getting results.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 16.7 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
