Well considering iv had a hard weekend socialising and also been poorly for 2 days im amazed my weight has stuck! not great but better than a gain??
Going to weigh in at boots today as well and get an accurate reading as my scales are retro and dont give a digital reading. we will see if im below or above 75kg??
So i havent really done anything apart from my weigh in with my phone app, so after 2 days in bed ill and still at the 75kg weight iv decided to totally abuse the facilities on here and keep a journal as well as a food and exercise diary, hopefully THIS will help me loose weight? I have been doing a run of between 3 and 5 miles on a thursday, however i wont be able to attend my group this thursday and being poorly has totally messed my work out regime for this week, so going to circuit training tonight, not feeling 100% but being poorly wont get me skinnier? My plan is to run on a monday with a group, gym on a tuesday where i have a fitness plan, wed day off, running again with my group on thur and hopefully gym friday? depending on the social life of course! everyone, fat or skinny needs one of those.
So over a weekend im going to try and get to the gym or do circuit training on a sunday? also depending on the social life?
So there it is in black and white for everyone to see so now i cant just hide away from my goals, they are there for people to see and to watch if you wish to see how i do?
i have also started the challenge of 500 - 1500 calories a day, it doesnt start until another 5 days but im going to try and stick to that from today? with being poorly i havent ate much and still dont have much of an appetite so what a better time to train my body to take in less!!
