It day 9 of my dieting and exercising; although I have been making it to the gym every day I feel as if I’m gaining weight more than losing it now. Not giving up though because I’m just to determine right now to give up. Anyways, I will check back at the end of this week to see if I’ve lost anything.

No matter what the scale says, you are doing great things for your health. The scale doesn't always tell the whole story. People who get to goal, are those who keep going and don't give up when the scale doesn't do what they want it to. Stick with it! You are doing great.
