very tired today. started off not liking myself much today and then not sure what turned it around feel better just tired. I work all the time just thinking I might be getting burned out. Not helping that need to have some teeth pulled and scared because when this does happen i will be limited to what i can eat. think this is what gets me down i know the one job will be ok with taking time off where the other i may lose my job because of it.
