Fell off but it was only one day. A customer brought a cheesecake for us and boss brought doughnuts. I ate a doughnut and only one small slice of cheesecake. Normally I'd eat 2 doughnuts and since the slices were so small I probably would have ate 3! But I talked myself out of it. I stated exercising this week. I watched an episode of the Biggest Loser and it kinda motivated me. So that night I watched 2 episodes of Family Feud while on the exercise bike. Night before that I walked with my husband and our dog at the park. Probably about for 30 min total then today did the same thing but I would jog for a minute then walk for a minute. Definitely getting back into good habits just gotta keep the mentality!
