Wow upped my calories and the weight is still falling. Many more days not hungry between meals!!!

Walked last night, slipped on ice, sprained my wrist ...hurts like hell but at least its not my ankle!!
312.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
