I have been trying to modify my diet to include more veggies in the last couple of days and keeping my carbs down. I bought a new scale after I weighed myself on it and said I only lost .04 ounces in a week so I was not sure if it was working correctly, then my husband weighed himself to find out in 5 minutes he gained weight,lol..so off to the store for a new one.
