I have no motivation. None. Zip. Zero. Zilch. I think it's all the water Jillian has me drinking. I'm sloshy. Sloshy makes me slothy. I have discovered that 8 glasses of water a day is alot when you no longer count diet soda, coffee, and tea. They're liquid. They should count! I'm cutting down on my diet soda and coffee since the last scarecast or podcast. Apparently caffine leaches calcium from your bones. I need strong bones for when I get kicked and stepped on by a 2,000 lb cow. That.. and I'm hoping the switch will help sail me into the 140's. That and I'm seeing if maybe by some hope little man will sleep longer. I really need to stop with the whole nursing thing but every time I think about it I realize I'm burning an extra 400 calories a day by being topless! Then I think about all the other things that burn 400 calories a day and well.. they just don't seem at tempting. I need to find something tempting.

I've also been trying to get in more greens and I've decided that greens make you more hungry. Sure you can eat a giant pile of them for under 100 calories but seriously?!?! They make me crave chocolate. I don't know why lettuce = chocolate but it does. Now I just have to figure out if it's the greens or the greek yogurt that's creating an excess amount of gas. I think I could power the barn at this point. Between me and the cows we could switch from electric to gas power and save a buttload of money! Get it... buttload. Yup.. I've lost it. Maybe I just need a nap.

I'm with you on the no motivation, I'm just sleepy and would rather lay on the couch than exercise. I had to kick caffeine about 2 years ago because of a heart issue and I've been okay, but I still drink caffeine free soda and coffee because I just need some flavor, but I stick to 1 a day of each. Once you're off the caffeine for a couple of weeks you'll be fine. Maybe both the greens and the yogurt are making you gassy. Sometimes just switching things up and eating different than normal can mess with your system. Maybe that's why you're wanting the chocolate, comfort for the tummy.

LOL..gas powered barn..your sooo funny...I just got my mojo back and its been a while..Your doing great though...I can see you in your 140's..Can't help you with the 400 cals burn...sorry...:O)

I feel ya on the motivation; I'm in the same boat, but what other choice do we have except to keep trying; everyday a new start, until we get it right.

I'd milk it for all its worth.. HAHAHAHA... 400 calories, where do I sign up! if you drink caffeine free stuff, you can count that as your water! You will get use to it very quickly (at least soda), I mix my coffee with half decaf and half regular... You are SO CLOSE to the 140's!!!!!! That should motivate you, or maybe one of those cows needs to kick your little arse:-)

Hope you realize that it IS possible to drink too much water, especially if you are drinking other things on top of the 8 oz! Plus if you force yourself to drink when you are not thirsty it can stretch your stomach out.

walking to the water cooler is my hourly 'exercise' at work. then walking to the restroom to pee out the water I drank is more 'exercise'
