I started my "diet" last week, by simply cutting out late night eating. I only eat during the day. I work from 10am to 9pm so i live at work, but i have snacks and prepare lunches/dinner for work. I have been working out 30 mins a day since Sunday. Im staying postive and determined ! ;)
