changed my goal to 147 its hard to lose the last 10 pounds
hit a wall working out 90 minutes a day staying strong,not gaining any weight just slow to lose it
157.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
