Did great until Saturday and went to a dinner party serving Italian food. . .the food was great but not good for my calorie counting. Then on Sunday, had so much going on that I missed my workouts and some meals. I have to go out of town today and will be back tomorrow evening so there goes my scheduled workouts, but I will be back on track on Thursday. When all is said and done, I didn't lose and I didn't gain. I may have to adjust my carb and protein intake to get the scale moving down.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
