Don't feel any restriction with 9.5 cc's when I thought it would be just right. Maybe I need to get back to 9.6 because at this rate I can still eat anything I want. Frustrated.
171.3 lb Lost so far: 43.7 lb.    Still to go: 46.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
