down 4lbs since starting this 2 weeks ago. Glad to finally be moving down on the weighing scales again after a stagnant winter. Not so good at drinking min 1 litre of water a day, no problem drinking tea however ha ha ha. Mark any filling and healthy food (fruit/veg, high protein/fibre foods) in my tracker in green hi-lighter marker then try have more marks the next day.
