Okay so I try not to chase the scale down as we used to say when I was on here regularly a a couple years ago but this morning its too good of news not to record it! back down to my low from last year!! WooHoo now time to go on and blast through to 240!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
