Ok I am up to 31 and I can do all the squats in one rep, it helps to split the pull ups into 2 reps, but the push ups....yikes only 8 at a time with correct form! Also was put on a semi fast for 2 weeks by my trainer. Fast for 16-20 hours with an approximate 4 hour window at night to eat 140g of protein, around 100g carbs, and fat content as low as possible. During the day I drink powdered greens (ew) and on the days I work out I have BCAA's supplement. Eating 140g of protein is tough, so I do supplement some of that protein with a whey protein powder. Today my trainer kicked my butt! Hated every minute of it until I was finished then I was very happy! Oh, it hurts so good! lol
Hope I can get through this fasting......wish me luck.
Oh and still no cardio :( but I am sure that is a good idea while on this type of diet.
