Merry Poppins's Journal, 25 February 2013

I'm back up by 4 lbs. This would make more sense to me. Monday Monday, blah day - but trying to fit in some exercise today. Some squats, ab rolls and lunges while watching tv. Will weigh in now on Sunday evening and will try to keep the weigh-ins to every week.
169.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
