Today is one year from when I started my new way of living and eating. I have officially lost 145.6 pounds but over 150 From my highest weight of 313. The week before my start was 310. Now I have to really get after the exercise.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 116.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 February 2013:
1058 kcal Fat: 19.71g | Prot: 81.77g | Carb: 156.67g.   Breakfast: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves with Fiber, Skim Milk. Lunch: No Salt Added Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Snapea Crisps, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Very Cherry, Light French Onion Cheese Wedges. Dinner: Brussel Sprouts, Strawberries, Veggie Grillers Original, Skim Milk. Snacks/Other: Special K Protein Shake - French Vanilla, Cinnamon Oat Crunch. more...
