So I had over 3500 calories yesterday!! ahh! So I didn't eat very much today and ran 6 miles too. The first 3 miles I finished in 29:42, and then I slowed it down and finished 6 miles in 65:10. Whew! I am still hoping to lose 2 lbs this week, one more day to do good. My goal for a 100% checklist for this week is not actually 100%, but only 4 goals not passed out of 48 so far this week, so still way better than last week (19/56).
