Today I am smiling the weather is beautiful and am making progress toward my first of two goals. I only had one munchie last evening and had saved some calarie fot it. It is still hard because I have been a night muncher for over two years. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate their help

Good for you, one step at a time. I like to close the kitchen, then settle in with my dog & cat to read or watch tv. Good luck again tonight!
