197.2. Still fat...even gained this week although i expected it. Ate out 2x this week, and made pizza one night. We never have pizza and have been craving bread. Hope this passes soon.
Back to journaling this week.
Breakfast: 1cup beef chili with speghetti squash
Snack: blueberrys with cream
Lunch: 1 cup chicken veggie soup with speg squash
Snack: 1 small blood orange and ~ .25 cup of nuts, tea.
197.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
