Thank you Jesus for giving me the strength and determination. I know that I wouldnt be able to get through this without the Lord. Not by might, nor by power but by His spirit.
114.9 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
