Blah!! As I expected.. a slight gain from last Monday! TOM came and gone but the after affects still here! LOL LOL.. I know what I need to do... Not going to complain too much because I did have those chocolate cravings - indulged in the sugar free candy and didn't drink as much water as I should have on a daily basis.. Also it appears that the 3rd and 4th week of each month I always get in this fluctuating mode.. Weight goes up and down around same number for a week or so...Anyway not going to cry about it, going to continue on and I will see what happens this Thursday on the 2nd weigh in of the week..
