1772 kcal Fat: 63.55g | Prot: 115.33g | Carb: 159.49g.   Breakfast: Cheddar Cheese , Egg White , Fried Egg , Sliced Ham (Extra Lean) , Everything Bagel. Lunch: Greek Yogurt - Plain, Artisan Fold It Flatbread - 5 Grain Flax, Turkey Breast Meat, Pineapple , Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat) , feta, Hummus. Dinner: Italian Salad Dressing (Reduced Fat), Chicken Breast, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other: vodka, Peanut Butter, Red Table Wine , Puffed Rice Cake, kelloggs. more...
