Well last night I decided to get back on the wagon. I had lost 8 pounds and have managed to gain all 8 of them back =/ I went to my 1st crossfit class of the week today (second week) and loved it. I haven't been eating right or tracking my foods. This being the reason I've gained 8 pounds back. Since I am paying good money to attend my bootcamp class I am going to journal my foods so that I can get the most out of my new class. I know I can do this, just need to really try.
