172.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Appears there are lots of gremlins, a few people are having problems with things not posting. This is showing though so that's good. Hope your weekend was a good one and here's to a low carb week!
