Lynn, are you drinking water? I don't see anything recorded in your calendar at all and if you don't have at least 8 8 oz glasses a day your not washing all the crap out. It's better, especially at first to drink as much as you can to get things going.

Actually I do drink loottss of water, about 4 litters other than some herbal tea and 1 cup of coffee for an example so I honestly do not know what's going on with my body :S
