I still do not understand why I am one day up and one day down so let's see what's my weight tmw !

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 February 2013:
1199 kcal Fat: 89.27g | Prot: 73.17g | Carb: 30.67g.   Breakfast: egg white, canola oil, onion, romaine lettuce, extra virgin olive oil. Lunch: romaine lettuce, spinach,  onions, avocado, 7 oz tuna in water canned. Dinner: 7 oz tuna in water, onion, onion, brie cheese, romaine lettuce, extra virgin olive oil, extra virgin olive oil. Snacks/Other: organic broccoli florets,  brie cheese. more...

Lynn, are you drinking water? I don't see anything recorded in your calendar at all and if you don't have at least 8 8 oz glasses a day your not washing all the crap out. It's better, especially at first to drink as much as you can to get things going.

Actually I do drink loottss of water, about 4 litters other than some herbal tea and 1 cup of coffee for an example so I honestly do not know what's going on with my body :S
