2174 kcal Fat: 77.25g | Prot: 56.29g | Carb: 274.91g.   Breakfast: Pears, Special K flatbread - eggs with vegetables & pepper jack cheese, Cup of coffee. Lunch: Organic Hearts of Romaine, marzetti whole grain croutons, 365 organic light Caesar dressing, Organic Tomato Soup, kims magic pop. Dinner: Little Bacon Burger, Mt. Olive Fresh Kosher Dill Pickles, Ketchup, Lettuce, Onions, Organic Mango Slices, Fries (Regular). Snacks/Other: Light Beer, Simply Naked Pita Chips, Almonds with Cranberries, Honey + Sea Salt, Apple Ginger Hard Cider. more...
