I was not 100% successful in all my challenges this week but I lost 2.2 pounds. I will be home this week so I can get myself back on track and lose 3 pounds next week. I am praying that one day at a time and one meal at a time Christ will strengthen me. Have a blessed week and I pray you all meet your goals.
