I struggled this week for sure but still watched the scale go down this morning. I took in too many calories for my liking on 2 days I believe and actually cheated last nite. I went to a baby shower and another party last nite and finally broke and had pasta, cake and potatoes. I guess I kind of knew I was going to and made peace with it in advance so I'm ok about it. I have been working really hard at this lifestyle change. Progress not perfection! Today is a new day. This is a new week and my will is still strong!
188.5 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations on your weight loss! YOu've been working really hard at it and it's paid off.. Baby shower was last nite - today is a new day! Don't sweat it too bad about you breaking last night.. You're doing great! Keep up the good work!

Thank you so much! I still can't believe I'm really doing this. I've actually taken action and have lost 15.8 pounds! I don't know who I am anymore but I like it!

Way to go Werkit!!! That's the best attitude I think someone can have. I don't strive for absolute perfection. I strive for something that will be healthy that I can spend the rest of my life with. If you tell yourself you can NEVER EVER have something ever again then I think it makes it even more tempting. If you get off track once in a while it's okay. Just be sure to jump right back on like you did. So proud of all of the work you've put in. 15.8lbs!!! That's great!
