Morning all. WOE/WOL went VERY well yesterday and off to a great start for today. Water weight is coming off, so that is a booster in itself. I find that if I don't weigh, measure and track my foods, I don't do well, so I've dug out my scale and measuring spoons and cups again. No getting around it, I HAVE TO STICK TO THIS FOR LIFE!!!!! Without this, my body feels lousey, blood sugar highs and lows, body aches, etc, etc. Yesterday, I felt really good.
