Found a Six-Pack March calendar that I started today. It was from a blog post last year and looks like a good idea. Each day intensifies a little with Sunday as a rest day. I started it today anyway because I wanted to. It'll give me a little head start since March 1 isn't for a few days yet. I can work on the first week at a slower pace that way.
So, for today I did: 5 Sit ups 5 Push ups 10 sec Plank 5 Sit ups 5 sec Plank
It doesn't sound like much but for someone who doesn't do any of this it was plenty for today.
