Well, I got sick as a dog later last Sunday afternoon. Couldn't work out all week. Finall got to gym yesterday and got a good 5k and 20 min of weight training. Felt pretty weak still. Ready to move forward this week!
229.3 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
